Exchanges and Returns
At Poppies Floral Art, a division of Bespoke Blossoms, we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our floral designs, potted plants, and curated retail items. We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. Please review our policy below:
Fresh Flowers and Custom Floral Designs
- Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers, bouquets, and custom floral arrangements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or deliver.
- Please include a photo and your receipt or order number so we can assess the concern.
- Any flowers that are shipped using a third party shipping service are no longer within our control. We will make every effort to remediate any complaints, but our ability to do so may be limited.
- When appropriate, a replacement or store credit will be offered. Proper flower care (fresh water, trimming stems, avoiding heat/sunlight) is required for consideration.
Potted Plants
- Potted plants are final sale once they leave the shop
- If a plant shows signs of distress within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us with photos and details.
- At our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit, provided the plant was cared for as recommended.
Non-Perishable Items (Candles, Soaps, Home Decor, etc.)
- Exchanges, refunds or store credit are available within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- For hygienic reasons, opened or used personal care items (such as soaps or lotions) cannot be returned.
- Sale and seasonal items are final sale
Wedding, Events and Corporate Orders
- All wedding, event, and corporate floral orders require a signed contract and booking fee.
- Booking fees are non-refundable and reflect work that has already been completed to onboard a new event.
- The terms of the event contract supersede any terms or conditions outlined in this policy, whether implicit or explicit. Please review your contract for specific details.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date may be eligible for partial refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion.
- Any changes to floral selections or quantities must be confirmed no later than two weeks before the event date.
Workshops and Classes
- Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- If you cannot attend, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to receive store credit toward a future workshop
Gift Purchases
- Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be eexchanged for store credit within the applicable time frame and conditions above
