Substitution Policy At Poppies Floral, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using the freshest and most beautiful seasonal flowers available. While we always strive to create each design as closely as possible to the photos shown on our website, flowers and products are subject to seasonal availability, market conditions, and quality. Substitutions may occasionally be necessary to ensure that your order is delivered fresh, beautiful, and on time. Flower Substitutions Individual flower varieties may be substituted due to availability. When a substitution is required, our designers will use flowers of a similar style, colour palette, value, and overall aesthetic whenever possible. Our arrangements are designed in our signature artistic style, and the overall look and feel of the design will always be our priority. Container & Vase Substitutions Vases, containers, vessels, ribbons, wrapping, and other design elements may occasionally be substituted based on availability. When this occurs, we will select a suitable alternative of similar style and value that complements the overall design. Important Requests & Preferences If a particular flower, colour, vase, container, or design element is especially important to you, please add a note to your order or contact us directly before placing your order. We are always happy to discuss specific requests and will do our best to accommodate them.
